I’m just an average guy who does not want to grow old like my parents did. They are both gone now and my Father didn’t get to meet most of his grandkids and that is not what I want. I have three sons and a son-in-law (my only daughter has gone on to Heaven before me) but still no grandchildren. When they come I want to be here to welcome them into the world and teach them some of what I know about life.
I hope this site will inform interested people about ways to stop growing old as fast as our parents did and start taking better care of ourselves.
